@georgiacooked and I are working on an audio drama together, a queer/trans gothic horror road trip, inspired by Dracula and the Magnus Archives, told over found footage and collected evidence as our main characters deal with the true aftermath of what happened to the Crew of Light in Transylvania over a hundred years ago.

It's a story that will span over three series, roughly 7 episodes per series - at 30-35 mins long per episode.

We want to ask you guys, the wonderful people of Tumblr, what sort of rewards you would be looking for to help fund our audio drama as we want to make sure our cast and crew are paid fairly. Current Reward Ideas include (in order of expense): A pin / merch related to the story Postcards of certain scenes Shooting Scripts (Transcripts will be made available) Named after a character A small cameo Associate Producer Credit

Back “A Truth Universally Acknowledged” Today!

We’re thrilled to announce that the crowdfunding campaign for our next anthology, A Truth Universally Acknowledged: Queer Fanworks Inspired by Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice,” is now live on Kickstarter – and already selected by them as a project they love!

With this third installment in our Queer Fanworks Inspired By… anthology series, we set out to explore the truth by which we at Duck Prints Press live: that a classic work without a single canonically queer character must be in want of a very LGBTQIA+ makeover! A Truth Universally Acknowledged: Queer Fanworks Inspired by Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice, with 21 short stories and 20 full-page color artworks, is just that. 38 creators have contributed to this project, drawing inspiration from Pride and Prejudice’s characters and story to create delightful, thoughtful, intriguing, and (of course) very queer fanworks and Pride and Prejudice-inspired original works. For this collection, we encouraged our creators to focus on Sapphic/wlw relationships and/or transgender and genderqueer interpretations for their inspiration, though those are definitely not the only types of queer we’ve fit into this diverse collection. We’re also offering an awesome array of merchandise – art prints and note cards and an enamel pin and a folding fan and more!

We’ll be posting more information about the campaign and the contributing creators throughout the next couple weeks, so make sure to give us a follow on social media.

There's only one week left on my kickstarter for FOUR books!!!

I really pushed a lot of boundaries on the page layouts and presentation of these books, they're all GORGEOUS and I am SO proud of every single one!

Each book is self contained and 125-175 pages, so you can pick whichever sounds most exciting to you if you're not ready to jump into all four right off the bat!

Pirates, Summer Camp, Ghost Hunting, and Victorian Vampire Hunters!

But, the main charaters do also have a developing romance over the course of the series!

it has been a TON of work to edit these into books and fix up some of the art and writing, but I promise I could not be happier with the work I've done!

Gay time traveling vampires solving supernatural mysteries. what's not to love! ONE WEEK LEFT!!! BACK IT NOW!!!!!!!!!! or don't it's ok but IF YOU WANT THEM!!!! time is running out!

Last night my bestie of besties launched another kickstarter! (If you remember me talking about those gorgeous fullmetal tattoo like pins a... god, I guess it's a while ago now. This is the same bestie.) She doesn't have a tumblr so I am taking the liberty, (It's my pleasure really, I benefit too.) of slinging it here in front of you guys!

It's really ambitious, and I'm not gonna go super into it because she already has some nice copy to read on the site itself, but we have over 50, yes, Fifty, Five Zero, designs up for funding. And my specific blorbos wont get done unless we get them funds. This, of course, wont do!

I don't have to worry too much as of posting this it already is funded for the initial tier in only about an hour and a half of being live, but again, fifty designs.

I've helped a lot with the project both from a support angle and brainstorming! And when it comes time for the fulfillment portion of the exchange I will be seated in those trenches. Each design comes with floriography attached, and we both put a ton of thought into each choice! If you have a FMA character you like I am pretty damn sure they're gonna be here.

Please take a look, or at the very least share it around! Oh! Also if you backed the previous kickstarter I mentioned, you get COLOR VARIENTS! AND! If you back this one in the first 48 hours you get BLACK HAYATE! A must if you like the military crew, cute dogs, or are a completionist. For completion sake he's a must for any collection, so stop on down!
